About Us

Hi, I’m Holly! As a graphic designer and photographer in my “day job”, I’m also someone who has been a passionate lover of pop culture and a member of various fan spaces since 2009. From a young age I’ve always been frustrated by a lack of “if you know, you know” ways to signal the things I love to my peers. This shop was born in 2022 to try and fill that gap, as well to create wearable nods to pop culture that feel both fun and easy to style. Our name, Five Fences, is a testament to this - if you know, you know; there WERE 5 holes in that fence.

Five Fences Co products have been featured in Rolling Stone and The Hustle, have been sold as collaborations with LoveShackFancy and Rad + Refined, and I’ve been interviewed related to pop culture in The New York Times, Teen Vogue, and more. I take so much pride in this shop and the things I create for it, and I hope you can feel that in the quality of products we put out.
