What is your return policy?

Everything in the shop is made to order to reduce product waste, and as such we are typically unable to facilitate returns or exchanges, except in cases where there’s a genuine error with your order or we have made a mistake.

We cannot accommodate returns for incorrect sizing, so please pay attention to our size guides and double-check you’ve selected everything correctly!

 

When will I recieve my order?

Items typically go into production 12-24 hours after your order is placed, and will ship out 2-4 business days after that. Domestic shipping generally takes 5 days or less, so altogether most US customers have their order within 7-10 days of ordering. International shipping times can vary, but generally take 2-4 weeks depending on your country’s customs policies.

Please note that shipping delays can occur, and once a product has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands. We will always aid with shipping or tracking issues where we can, but please be aware that sometimes errors occur in transit that can make things take longer.

 

What if I need to cancel or edit an order?

Orders go into production as soon as 12 hours after checkout, and because everything is made to order, no changes are able to be made after production has begun. If you require a size change, need to cancel your order, etc, you must let us know within these 12 hours. We unfortunately cannot accommodate canceling or modifying an order after 12 hours.

 

What if I need to edit my shipping information?

Products are processed for shipping as soon as 24 hours after checkout, and we are therefore unable to accommodate change of address requests beyond this time window. If you require an address change after 24 hours, we will do our best to catch it, but after this time period it will ultimately be your responsibility to facilitate this address issue with your post office.

 

What do your print your shirts on?

We’re proud to print all of our tees on Comfort Colors, and use product CC1717. We chose Comfort Colors because it’s 100% ring-spun cotton, and we love the quality of the fabric and the way it ages to feels like a well-loved vintage tee.

Our crew necks and hoodies are printed on Gildan, which we’ve chosen because it’s a great sweet spot in warmth, comfort, and affordability.

 

How should I care for my items?

Everything in our shop is made with care and should last a very long time as long as it’s washed and cared for properly. Please wash your items inside out, on cold, with like colors, and dry on the lowest heat setting. If using an iron, do NOT iron the print area, either directly on the print or inside out.

Embroidered apparel should be washed on the delicate setting, inside out.

 

I live outside of the US. When / how can I place an order?

We are currently working on the ability fulfill orders outside the US. We previously operated on Etsy, and international sales taxes and customs feels are significantly more complicated while operating independently. Please stay tuned, and thanks for your patience!

Keeping everything via email ensures your issues gets solved easily and without delay, and doesn't slip through the cracks! We will typically respond to your email within 24 hours. Thank you!
